Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Individuals who have a sibling with an AHF or type 1 diabetes - Age: 14 to 18 years - Place of residence: Germany - German as native language or very good knowledge of German to be able to understand and answer the questionnaires - Stable mood according to self-assessment

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals for whom any of the above inclusion criteria do not apply
