Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - ASA I, II - Urological operations in general anaesthesia with thoracic epidural analgesia - Competent, full aged patients - written consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - female - ASA III, IV - diabetes mellitus - coronary heart disease - LVEF I° - drug abuses - preoperative existing electrolyte disturbances - chronic renal failure > II° - liver cirrhosis > Child-Pugh-Score A - elevated fT3, fT4 - Hypophysis insufficiency - neuroendocrine tumours - Anorexia nervosa (BMI I° - preoperative QT lengthening medication - preoperative haemoglobin < 6.0 mmol/l - HIV infection
