Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) having applied for asylum in Germany, (2) living in a collective housing facility, (3) age between 16 and 26 years old, and (4) owning a smartphone. (5) language skills in Arabic were introduced as an additional inclusion cirterion.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Serious illness requiring hospitalization or (2) deportation to the participant's home country
