Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Eligible subjects aged 18 to 70 years, representing the local population.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - in women: Pregnancy and lactation - active implants (e.g. pacemakers, drug pumps, etc.) - metal parts (e.g. screws after bone fracture) - claustrophobia - severe back pain - very large tattoos (altogether more than would fit on a DIN-A-4 sheet) and tattoos on the face - Symptoms of Covid-19

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
The purpose of this study is to generate suitable measurement protocols for planned studies. With the help of the requested screening and pilot study protocol, it should be possible to provide optimized sequences for various specific anatomical brain regions by measuring 100 healthy subjects. These measurement sequences will then be available for further research approaches.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Optimized measurement protocols for Resting state fMRI, Structural MRI, MR Spectroscopy, fMRI with olfactory stimulation, fMRI with gustatory stimulation, fMRI with sensory/haptic stimulation, fMRI with auditory or visual stimulation, fMRI with multisensory stimulation.
