Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Prone position of 15 minutes must be possible for the test persons without pain; voluntary participation in the study;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: acute lumbar back pain; Generally valid contraindications to physiotherapeutic and osteopathic treatments of the lumbar spine (LWS) and of the pelvis; rheumatic diseases; Taking medications that affect blood clotting; taking muscle relaxants; Skin changes (e.g. neurodermatitis, psoriasis, urticaria, decubitus); scars in the lumbar area between Th12 and S1; lack of consent of the test person to the interventions;

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
The microcirculation in the lumbar tissue is measured as the primary target parameter using laser Doppler flowmetry.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Secondary end parameters are the optically measured outcomes of oxygen saturation and relative hemoglobin. The morphological properties of the lumbar fascia are determined by means of ultrasound sonography.
