Academic Productivity: - Research progress of doctoral phases as a timeline (idea generation, data collection, data preparation, dissertation writing, submission, defense) - Number of joint achievements (publications, research proposals, conference papers) - Third-party funding applications, research performance, stays abroad - Career steps, academic degree, acquisition of a title, type of contract - Writing time Well-being: Psychological well-being, depression, anxiety, quality of life
