Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Achievement of “treat-to-target” endpoint, e.g. =4 sites with probing pocket depths =5 mm (Feres et al., 2020) 6 weeks to 3 months after SI (T1)

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Frequency of sites with PPD =3 mm, 4 to 5 mm, =6 mm at T0, T1 and (T2); Number of patients treated adjunctively with systemic antibiotics according to recent concept (2004-2018) and according to 2018 guide line.
