Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
• Spatial spectroscopic characterization of IVDs and correlation with clinical, radiologic and IVD-proteomic patient data • Extracellular matrix (ECM) characterization of IVDs prior and after LARC treatment with optical coherence tomography (OCT) • ECM characterization of IVDs prior and after LARC treatment with atomic force microscopy (ATM) • Biomechanical evaluation of IVDs prior and after LARC treatment.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
• Spatiotemporal proteomic characterization of IVDs. • Evaluation of inflammation markers and correlation with clinical and radiologic patient data.
