Interventions

Group 1: Participants of this group take part in all elements of the spa measure, i.e., the health week, the healthy time-outs, and the refresher course after 12 months. They fill in the questionnaire

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Currently able to work and employed by one of the participating companies; - Signed informed consent to participate in the study was given

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with another acute illness requiring therapy at the time of data collection/intervention.
