Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: defined diagnosis of multipe slcerosis according to the McDonald criteria; german language that enables an understanding of the questionnaires and consultation.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
subjectively perceived activity level measured with the "Godin Leisure Time Exercise questionnaire" (GLTEQ) and "Global Physical Activity Questionnaire" (GPAQ) at t0, t1 and t2

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Subjectively perceived quality of life measured with the German version of the "Short Form- 36" (SF-36) questionnaire at t0, t1 and t2. Motor and cognitive fatigue measured using the German version of the Fatigue Scale for Motor and Cognitive Function (FSMC) at t0, t1 and t2. Sleep quality measured using the German version of the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) at t0, t1 and t2. Disease progression recorded using the Expanded Disability Status Scale score and the German version of the Patient Determined Disease Steps questionnaire as well as using self-configured questions on the number of relapses within a predefined period of time, taking into account a potential change in medication at t0, t1 and t2. Satisfaction of the participants using self-configured questions at t2.
