Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion cirteria for Participants: - longterm or repeated phases of unemployment and receipt of benefits after SGB II - stressful contextual factors (partner's substance abuse) or benefits after SGB VIII or SGB XII - physical or psychological impairments for example obesity, addiction or fear related disorders in combination with - limited mobility, also due to these conditions, but mainly due to lack of local public transport and the lack of opportunities for individual mobility, - care responsibility for children or other relatives - a (repeated) discontinuation of other services with a similar participation character

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - acute addiction issues - occupationally hindering contextual factors (e.g., illiteracy, lack of German language skills) - no special assistance is needed or other vocational rehabilitation measures are suitable - capacity for work < 3 hours in the general labor market

MeasureTime frame
Individual interventions: A skills-oriented initial diagnosis is carried out by means of an interview. Over a period of two months, the test persons receive a vocational rehabilitation measure (activation benefit) by INNtegrativ gGmbH. Subsequently, a follow-up survey takes place after another four months. This concludes the participation for the test person. Psychometric measurements: At the beginning and end of the vocational rehabilitation measure, as well as in a 4-month follow-up, the following measures (mainly self-report measures and tests) are collected: Work-related behavior and experience pattern (AVEM) Test of Attention (D2) Job Coping and Return Intention (JoCoRi) Mini ICF Rating for Activity and Participation Impairment in Mental Illness - (Mini ICF APP) Mini-Symptom Checklist (Mini-SCL) Work Ability Index (WAI) - global, physical, mental work ability, work prognosis. Wilde Intelligence Test 2 (WIT-2) Goal: Preservation or restoration of employability (Reintegration into the general labor market, further placement in internships or in further measures with the goal of reintegration), improvement of vocational and social participation
