Inclusion criteria: Elective or emergency inpatient admission with surgical intervention of patients of the Clinic for Trauma Surgery and Orthopaedics, Vascular Surgery Clinic and Clinic for Oral and Maxillofacial Facial Plastic Surgery Age >70 years Consent of the patient/carer
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: No consent to participate Unstable clinical situation Patients requiring palliative care Very advanced dementia (Reisberg VI-VII)
