Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >18 years 2. Emergency patients 3. Patients with/without atrial fibrillation 4. Patient consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Age <18 years 2. Myelodysplastic syndrome 3. Leukemia 4. Withdrawl of the patient
