Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Distress tolerance is the primary outcome criterion of this study. The construct will be assessed using the German translation of the Distress Intolerance Scale (DTS; Otto & Linden, 2019; McHugh & Otto, 2012) and the experimental Mirror Tracing Persistence Task (MTPT-C; Strong et al., 2003). The scales will be used to assess baseline before the yoga intervention (T0), one week after the last session (T1), and six weeks later (T2) to assess changes in distress tolerance.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
- Perceived Stress: Perceived Stress Questionnaire (PSQ-20) - Subjective Well-Being: WHO-5 Wohlbefindens-Index - Mental Health: Brief Symptom Inventory (BSI-18) - Mindfulness: Freiburger Fragebogen zur Achtsamkeit (FFA) - Resilience: Brief Resilience Scale (BRS) - Body Awareness: The Multidimensional Assessment of Interoceptive Awareness (MAIA) - Self-Efficacy: Allgemeine Selbstwirksamkeit Kurzskala (ASKU) - Self-Compassion: Self Compassion Scale (SCS-D)
