Interventions

Group 1: Single-arm trial: Patients with multiple sclerosis will do one study visit. During this visit, blood will be drawn which will be analyzed for NfL.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnosis of relapsing remitting multiple sclerosis (RRMS) or clinical isolated syndrome with RRMS during the disease course Sufficient biobanked material

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: No consent No capacity to consent acute cerebral lesion (head trauma, stroke, e.g.) <12 months prior to lumbar puncture or planned study visit, chronic disease with elevated neuronal cell death (dementia, motoneuron disease)
