Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All patients who have a subjectively perceived memory disorder and therefore present to a participating physician can be included. The memory problem can be raised by the patients themselves, by relatives or by the physicians. The participating physicians decide independently and together with the respective patients whether the app neotivCare is recommended for them.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: No direct exclusion criteria are defined. Indirect exclusion criteria arise if the patient rejects the prescription recommendation or if medical, social or technical reasons prevent further participation.

MeasureTime frame
Satisfaction with the neotivCare app compared to standard procedures from the point of view of physicians and patients. Neuropsychological questionnaires and scores such as the Mini-Mental Status Test (MMST), the DemTec Test, the Montreal Cognitive Assessment Test (MoCA), the Clock Drawing Test, the Consortium to Establish a Registry for Alzheimer's Disease Test (CERAD), the Preclinical Alzheimer's Cognitive Composite Score (PACC) and others are considered standard procedures.
