Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Symptomatic respiratory tract infection - Negative SARS-CoV-2 test before spiroergometry. - Age =18 years. - Regular exercise activity with participation in competitions

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Known underlying pulmonary or cardiac disease defined as heart failure with preserved or reduced pump function, myocarditis, known coronary artery disease, obstructive restrictive lung disease - Positive SARS-COV-2 test after clinical symptoms. - Lack of consent - Pregnancy - Age<18 yrs.
