|---|---|
| Depending on the study's objectives, the primary endpoints vary. For the assessment of "employee health status," the following primary endpoints were established: objectively measured physical activity during work and leisure time (measured using the Fitbit Zip, Fitbit, San Francisco), cardiovascular load during work (heart rate measurement using a chest strap, Polar H10, Polar Electro Oy, Oulu), cardiovascular fitness (modified Chester Step test, Sykes et al., 1998), and stress levels objectively assessed through hormonal indicators (hair cortisol, Gao et al., 2013). To evaluate desires and barriers related to participation in health promotion offerings, the following primary endpoints were defined: personal preferences and barriers to non-participation measured using dichotomous scales. The questions are based on and modified from the previous PROCARE study (Otto et al., 2018). | — |
