Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Non-smoking subjects with biofilm-induced gingivitis aged 18 to 30 years - Participants must be vaccinated against Covid-19

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Active smokers with other gingival/ periodontal diseases (Caton et al. 2018) - Subjects with at least one tooth with a periodontal pocket depth and attachment loss >4mm - Subjects with asthma, diabetes and subjects with other chronic diseases, and anti-inflammatory treatment for chronic diseases - Pregnant women - Subjects without a written consent - Not available for the period of repeated examination
