Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Intra hospital therapy at the University Heart Center Freiburg - Bad Krozingen, Campus Bad Krozingen between 01/07/2020 and 31/12/2021.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - missing follow-up data - missing laboratory values - patients, working at the university heart center - patients with relevant psychiatrc desease or relevant reduced mental status

Primary

MeasureTime frame
- Bleeding complications defined as BARC =2 - ischemic events (cardiovascular death, non-fatal myocardial infarction, stroke)

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
- death - non-fatal myocardial infarction - stroke - thrombembolism (every location) - peripheral vassel occlusion and/or peripheral ischemia
