| data of clinical routine: evaluation appointment, operation protocol, appointments after 3 and 12 month after the surgery. further annual follow up. Data used in the registry are clinical scores (UPDRS, BDI, QUIP, Strakstein-Apathie-Skala, DemTect, MMST, PDQ39), pre and postoperative videoducumentation, comorbidities, labresults, Levodopaequiveleny dosage, cerebral MRI and CT, localization date of the electrodes, adverse events and severe adverse events, side effects of the stimulation, settings of deep brain stimulation (chosen contacts, impedance, amplitude, pulse width, frequence) from the clinical routine. | — |
