Group 1: Mixed method. Qualitative part: focus groups with the rehabilitation team and the rehabilitation patients, expert interviews, MBOR audit. Quasi-experimental part: multi-center intervention

Inclusion criteria: employed rehabilitands with follow-up rehabilitation (AHB)

Primary

Measure	Time frame
The primary outcome refers to return-to-work (RTW) rates and stable job retention (employment with 6 months or less of disability).	—

Secondary

Measure	Time frame
The secondary outcome consists of various aspects of quality of life, health and participation (each from the perspective of the rehabilitation patients and the treating physicians during the AHB) as well as the subjective evaluation of the offer (e.g. appropriateness scope, experienced fit for problem situation, experienced assistance by the offer and practical use).	—
