Inclusion criteria: employed rehabilitands with follow-up rehabilitation (AHB)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Refusal of participation

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
The primary outcome refers to return-to-work (RTW) rates and stable job retention (employment with 6 months or less of disability).

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
The secondary outcome consists of various aspects of quality of life, health and participation (each from the perspective of the rehabilitation patients and the treating physicians during the AHB) as well as the subjective evaluation of the offer (e.g. appropriateness scope, experienced fit for problem situation, experienced assistance by the offer and practical use).
