Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Retrospective evaluation of pedicled muscle flap plastys (type peroneus brevis or gastrocnemius) performed at BG Klinikum Bergmannstrost Halle in the period 2003 - 2018. - Explorative, statistical evaluation of the early postoperative phase after muscle flapplasties of the lower leg (Musculus peroneus brevis and Musculus gastrocnemius), especially regarding the occurrence of complications. - Elevating parameters: surgical influencing variables (operating time, Perioperative antibiotic prophylaxis, dressing type (vacuum dressing/conventional, splint), Length of bed rest, flap training, flap monitoring/positioning controls , level of training 1st surgeon, Was flap plasty tunneled subcutaneously).

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
- Analysis of patient-specific and surgical influencing factors with regard to their effect on the incidence of postoperative complications. - Elevating parameters: patient-specific influencing variables (medical history, concomitant medication, life style factors)
