Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Advice seekers: Having an oncological disease, stating problems and/or counselling needs regarding the occupational situation (from training to retirmement phase), age of majority, sufficient German skills, no cognitive limitations that impede participiation in surveys or interviews, and informed consent. 2) Counsellors: Trained career guides who offer the intervention. Written consent is required. 3) Representatives of the sponsors / allocators: Written consent is required.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Advice seekers: Insufficient knowledge of German or cognitive limitations/impairments that prevent the interview or participation in the survey.
