Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients after orbital irradiation at the Pius Hospital in Oldenburg due to endocrine orbitopathy from all age groups. The control group consists of age-matched patients who come for ophthalmologic treatment to the University Outpatient Clinic for Ophthalmology at the Pius Hospital and agree to participate voluntarily in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Implantation of an artificial lens in the past, diabetes mellitus, severe ocular trauma in the past, uveitis in the past and patients after pars plana vitrectomy

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
The lens of the eye of patients after irradiation, and the eye lenses of a control group will be examined with the Pentacam. At the end it will be determined how the lens changes can be quantified with the Pentacam.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Measurements are taken using Pentacam and subjectively using a scale (LOCS III). In addition, the participants receive a questionnaire.
