Interventions

Group 1: In the intervention arm, patients receive extended diagnostics and therapy in the form of five-week inpatient rehabilitation. The patients in the intervention arm are expected to be admitted

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants are patients diagnosed with ME/CFS. The onset of the disease must not be more than five years ago.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Other conditions associated with chronic fatigue, e.g. B. post-cancer fatigue; insufficient written and spoken German language skills and persons not able to consent.
