Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient with primary head and neck cancer in the oral cavity, oropharynx, hypopharynx or larynx, tumor size > 5 mm, written consent to participate in the study OR patients with an inflammatory change in the oral cavity, oropharynx, hypopharynx or larynx > 5 mm, written consent to participate in the study
