Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Participants in the pilotl project: The following inclusion criteria apply to the pilot project: Unemployed (in the sense of § 138 SGB III), employable age over 18 years, care by the Biberach Job Centre and health restriction that is not only temporary (restrictions/complaints in the musculoskeletal system, mental illness and/or dependence illness).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Non-participants in the pilot project: The criteria for exclusion are the receipt of a pension for reduced earning capacity or the receipt of benefits according to SGB XII. - No knowledge of German
