Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Written consent of parents (or guardians) to participate in the study. Diagnosis of a severe asthma and/or severe atopic dermatitis in paediatric patients Sufficient ability to understand the questions asked Sufficient communication skills

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Refusal of participation by the patient or the parents (or guardians) No signature of the consent form No fulfilment of the other inclusion criteria

1) Subjective assessment of pediatric patients and their caregivers on illness experience, drug adherence, and daily life changes. 2) Number of drug-related problems with drug administration, assessed via observation of drug demonstrations on a model.
