Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - All genders will be included - Inclusion criterion: female and male patients over 18 years of age. - Inclusion criterion: female and male patients with two Lateral cephalometric radiographs within the defined period of 1/1/2013 - 01/01/2022.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Non-standard body position during FRS imaging influences posterior airway space and thus the indication for conversion osteotomy in obstructive sleep apnea syndrome (OSAS). In the same patients, due to a missing standard, different posterior airway spaces are measured depending on the (random) body position in the radiograph.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
200-300 patient cases from retrospective evaluation meeting inclusion criteria.
