Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Apprenticeship as a (geriatric) nurse

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria are the presence of at least one of the following diseases: Psychosis or hallucinations, major depression, trauma or post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), epilepsy, depersonalization, major respiratory illness, partial limitations in anxiety disorders. Additional exclusion criteria: Use or withdrawal of psychotropic substances, use of psychotropic drugs.

Measure	Time frame
General stress experience is assessed with the Perceived Stress Questionnaire (PSQ). Active coping behavior is assessed with the Stress and Coping Inventory (SCI), and self-efficacy is assessed using the General Self-Efficacy Short Scale (ASKU). Putcomes will be collected before the study (t0), 6 weeks (t1), and 16 weeks (t2) after the start of the intervention.	—
