Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
A. Is it possible to map intratumoural heterogeneity of metastatic castration-resistant prostate carcinoma based on different metabolic activity in positron emission tomography (PET) (cohort A)? B. Can adaptive resistance mechanisms of metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer be identified from metastatic biopsies before and after 177Lu-PSMA-RLT (Cohort B)?

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Can tumour-specific mutations in circulating cell-free DNA (ctDNA) be detected as plasma markers?
