Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnosis of a flat foot and/or flat foot, ability to understand the scope and importance of the examination and the willingness and ability to take part in any follow-up examinations that may be required, willingness to take part in the survey, patient age >18 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - History of rheumatic diseases - Manifest arthroses in the area of ??the lower extremities - Acute trauma - Polyneuropathy of any origin - Inability to recognize the implications of the therapy - Unwillingness to wear insoles - Lack of Consent

Static and Dynamic Bearing surface will be observed 6 and 12 month after the start of the observation via pedobarographic measurement.
