Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Adult people with multiple sclerosis with mild to severe disability: men and women diagnosed with MS using the current version of the (revised) McDonald criteria (McDonald et al., 2001; Polman et al., 2011; Thompson et al., 2018); age 18-99 years; any MS disease course (relapsing, primary progressive or secondary progressive); any ethnicity; good knowledge of German
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Comorbidity that, at the investigators' discretion, prevents participation in the study (e.g., malignancy, other neurological or psychiatric conditions such as depression or bipolar disorder); any physical or mental impairment that, according to the judgment of the investigators, would not permit meaningful participation in the study (e.g., dementia, cardiovascular impairment, e.g., New York Heart Association (NYHA) III and IV, etc.); an MS relapse during the study period (for co-researchers in the period in which there is an impairment of physical and/or mental functions, according to the treating neurologist, in order to avoid overburdening of the patient)
