Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All patients who underwent microvascular free flap reconstruction surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients from other departments of the University Medical Center Freiburg 2. Patients with avascular transplants

MeasureTime frame
Incidental complications and flap loss under different anticoagulation protocols.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Perioperative transfusion requirements, hematomas, hospital length of stay, local infections, other complications.
