Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (a) Participant observation: not applicable (b) Group discussions: Group composition: nurses from selected hospital wards and nursing homes (c) Interviews: Interviews with leading and non-managerial nursing staff and other supervisory staff d) Participatory workshops: Workshop composition: leading and non-managerial nursing staff as well as other supervisory staff e) Online survey: Employees who carry out nursing activities as part of their employment are surveyed

Exclusion criteria: (a) Participant observation: not applicable b) Group discussions: According to sampling criteria. Underage staff will not be interviewed. (c) Interviews: According to sampling criteria. Underage staff will not be interviewed. (d) Participatory workshops: According to sampling criteria. Underage staff will not be interviewed. (e) Online survey: Underage staff will not be surveyed.
