Group 1: Patients with locally advanced rectal cancer UICC I, who receive TME+LAR and neoadjuvant Treatment. Group 2: Patients with locally advanced rectal cancer, who were treated between 2008 and 20

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: locally advanced rectal cancer (at least UICC I), Rectal resection with sphincter preservation and neoadjuvant radiochemotherapy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: only surgical therapy, Rectal resection without sphincter preservation, bad compliance, language barrier
