Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: manifest sacroiliitis

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Coagulation disorders, allergies, oral anticoagulation, pregnancy, claustrophobia

MeasureTime frame
Image findings from the MRI/(DE)CT (e.g. backfill) correlate with the histology.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
The therapy response and predictable based on the cytokine expression pattern and can be seen in the MRI pictures
