Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients with flat foot agreement to participate in the study readiness for follow up examinations Age from 6 until 16 Years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Inability to recognize the scope of therapy - Lack of willingness to wear insoles - Lack of consent - Rheumatic disease - Neuropathy of any genesis - Acute trauma - High arch - Rigid flat foot - Structural deformity of the lower extremity

Primary

MeasureTime frame
The aim is to compare the muscle activation of the lower leg muscles by the insoles. For this purpose, a surface EMG of the lower leg musculature is performed at the time of recruitment, after 6 and after 12 months, the measurement is performed at all time points barefoot, in the shoe and in the shoe with insole.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Evaluation of clinical effects using the footprint, valgus index, pain level on a VAS, and questionnaire (FADI).
