Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participation in a measure of secondary individual prevention at the BG Klinikum Hamburg, informed written declaration of consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age under 18 or over 65, not fluent in German

MeasureTime frame
The study participants use questionnaires to rate their quality of life in terms of health, limitations and pain as well as their ability to work and physical activity (Short Form Health 36 (SF-36), Fear Avoidance Beliefs Questionnaire (FABQ), Work Ability Index (WAI), Oswestry Disability Index (ODI)) ). This participant survey is carried out at 4 measuring points: at the beginning (T1) and at the end (T2) of the 3-week basic course as well as one year (T3) and two years (T4) later during the respective refresher courses.
