Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Male and female patients 18 years and older who are being treated at the Psychiatric Outpatient Department, adequate German language skills, sufficient vision and reading ability, Internet access
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: severe motion sickness, schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder and bipolar affective disorder
