Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Prevalence and incidence of injuries and overuse reactions -Recording by means of anamnesis and clinical examinations in the course of the study via measurement/examination appointments (M0= inclusion, M1= after 12-week intervention, M2=after 1 year, M3= after 2 years) and online surveys (every 3 months). - Point prevalence (every 3 months) - 3-month prevalence - 1 year prevalence

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Functional metrics: Eccentric maximum strength (with and without stimuli), postural control, jump parameters (peak groundreaction forces, flight time)
