Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Diagnosis of COPD (including pulmonary function FEV1/FVC <70% or LLN < -1.645 and FEV1 <80%). - LTOT - Able to give consent, signed data protection and patient* informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Acute exacerbation of COPD in the last 8 weeks, defined as acute worsening of respiratory symptoms lasting for at least 2 days respiratory symptoms with the need for intensification of therapy. - Patient age <18 years - Deafness - Incapable of giving consent, without substitute legal guardianship
