Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
The endpoints are feasibility and safety of the exercise therapy. Feasibility is defined by the number of eligible patients compared to those, participating in the study, within the recruitment period of 6 months. In addition, part of feasibility is whether the exercise sessions are possible to perform for the patients as well as which kind of physical exercise is possible to perform. Safety will be evaluated by recording complications related to exercise therapy. Endpoints will be reviewed both during the study and at the end of the study.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Quality of life improvement, functional status improvement. Instruments: 1) Quality of life: SF12 2) functional status: daily fitness test of the DOSB 3) Daily pain, mental and physical fatigue self-report questionnaires.
