Group 1: All patients discharged alive from hospital will be one time interviewed after standardized EQ-5D protocol.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Treatment for acute respiratory distress syndrome at university hospital Dresden secondary to COVID-19 at admission to intensive care unite.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: None

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Patients discharged alive from hospital participating in this study will be interviewed after 6, 12 and 24. Primary outcome is survival after hospital discharge.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Secound aim is to evaluate the quality of live after cARDS, analyzed with telefon interview using the EQ-5D-5L score.
