Group 1: Completion of a questionnaire at initial diagnosis, at 6, 12, and 36 months after initial diagnosis.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: -Thyroid cancer patients (ICD-10 diagnosis C73): differentiated carcinomas (papillary and follicular, including rare variants) and medullary carcinomas. -Age at initial or recurrent diagnosis between 18 and 63 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: anaplastic carcinomas and poorly differentiated carcinomas of the thyroid gland
