Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Women, eligible for screening mammography, aged 50–69 years, who had not scheduled a mammography after a written invitation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: No telephone counseling possible; Refusal of telephone counseling; Exclusion criteria for screening mammography apply.
