Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Study part A Employees of participating companies in / around Bad Kissingen Study part B Employees of participating companies in / around Bad Kissingen Subjective impairment of sleep quality (PSQI> 5) Clearance certificate from a doctor (for participation in the study, exclusion of organic causes, sleep problems)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Study part A • none Study part B • 70 years • No subjective impairment of sleep quality (PSQI = 5) • No clearance certificate available or: • Medical contraindication: organic sleep disorder; serious health problems; Regular use of prescription sleep medication, psychiatric drugs and / or psychostimulatory drugs
