Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnosis Waldenstrom's disease. Treatment / care in the period 2020 - 2021 in a hematology group practice in Germany.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients have objected to scientific use of their treatment data

In detail, the following questions will be analyzed: 1. what percentage of all patients requires treatment? 2. what is the time period between diagnosis and therapy? 3. what is the current therapy of Waldenstrom's disease? What is the role of chemoimmunotherapies compared to therapies with a Brutons tyrosine kinase inhibitor? 4. What is the role of supportive therapy, particularly infection prophylaxis, in the treatment of Waldenstrom's disease? 5. Which patient care pathways dominate in the routine care reality?
