| Participants' empowerment for health-promoting exercises will be assessed. This is done on the basis of the movements that the participants train in the app. During the movements, the shoulder, knee, hip and elbow joint angles as well as the trunk bending posture of the participants are determined using a movement tracking system. Furthermore, using biomechanical models, the L5/S1 strain is estimated from the movement data. The endpoints will be collected before the study (t0), 10 weeks (t1), and 4 months (t2) after the start of the intervention. | — |
